Absolutely unacceptable long wait in drive up business line. Takes forever and no way to get out of the drive up line, if have to leave. The tellers are unfriendly and take no regard in the issue. We will be using another branch for business deposits after today. This has been an issue for over 6 months.
The worst customer service I have ever received At any bank I have ever been to in my entire life. I went through the drive-through And two separate women told me I should have made my deposit at the ATM!!! It took a ridiculous amount of time I watched 8-10 separate vehicles around me get helped then leave. The women were rude, unprofessional and unpleasant. I believe they helped people that drove up in the other lanes after me first just because they were annoyed I didn’t make my deposit at the atm like I was wasting their time!
Do NOT like Wells Fargo at all. Under staffed, and not the sharpest when dealing with people. If I were able to move my Mother’s accounts and trust I would but it’s more hassle than putting up with the staff. Be prepared for long long wait times and rude service.
rude all the workers are always in a bad mood quit your job if you hate helping customers plakn simple smile more often not even the manager knows how to take care of the issue every morning I go there you guys are always in a bad mood. You leave me talking when I’m still talking to turn around get this taken care of or I will have to take it to corporate.
At first I appreciate the customer service that I’ve received when opening an account on Friday. I deposit a loan check the same day and was told funds be available on Tuesday. Now it’s Tuesday and the funds are on hold because the check cannot be verified. I contact the loan company and they’re telling me that Wells Fargo just need to call us to verify the check number, amount and the date on the check.
I really needed the funds to be available so I can pay bills which are due this week but was told it may be the 23rd when the funds would be available.
