Please be advised that employees working under your company name “WESTERN UNION”, at this location, are RUDE UNSKILLED UNTRAINED UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISCRIMINATORY!!!! Go to another location!!! NEVER HERE!!!! Western Union is a great company that should be represented as such. Great security features (i tried to send money) And because i had an out of state ID she was unfamiliar with, she refused my transaction. These underpaid over worked ah oles will take working at such an awful place, like BROOKSHIRES, out on customers!!!!! Rude old ugly lady did not want to be there and it definitely SHOWS. Took forever to acknowledge me…. soooo SLOOOOOOW then made up in unfounded excuse to not process my transaction. And because i had been already WAITING while she took more time to call, look for, and speak to a “manager” i asked what the issue was and was getting upset at such a simple transaction (later finding out ALL MY INFO IS IN SYSTEM) and being that WU has the best protection technology against fraud (is why i trust and use them) it was absolutely RIDICULOUS !!!!
