I have been a customer for decades. Lately one issue after another. Mobile app is JUNK. I can’t make a deposit to cover outgoing payments. This eventually is a money making opportunity for them. Only option is night deposits because there is no depositing at ATM. SPEAKING of which the Yellostone location is always down. Then they charge you for needing to use another. See a pattern here?? Now they plan on being bought out again… Don’t bank here.
I have been a WSB customer since they were Wyoming State Bank. I have had some issues recently with a certain small business in MD that was lacking in communication and was slow to send out my order, so I had gotten Western States Bank involved. They did step up to the plate and helped me out in making sure that I had gotten what I had paid for.
I’ve been with FNBO when they were WSB. They have always been helpful and very knowledgeable with my banking needs. The transition to FNBO was smooth with no issues. The manager is always willing to jump in and resolve any issue. Great management, great staff and a great bank.
I’ve been back and forth with this bank for the last 3 days, trying to get my mother’s account changed and safe from a former “caretaker”. Showed and gave them copy of POA, statement from her Dr showing mental incompetence, and still yet another roadblock. They were exceptionally rude, wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say without me having to really get their attention. Carolyn and Tammy were the one’s I had to deal with at Cheyenne Pershing location.
The best bank in all of Wyoming. Customer service and friendly staff make all the difference. They go out of their way to assist customers. And they are constantly trying to improve themselves. This is one of the things I look for with any company I work with. WSB does its research. If there is something they cannot do or do not know how to do, they will look into it and get back to you. I have never encountered better service at a bank before. Tom Michelena, the bank’s CFO, is very helpful and a great all around guy. I really appreciate all the help he has given me and his communication is fantastic! I highly recommend WSB for any banking need you have. Whether for business or personal, they can handle it.
