    I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at this bank compels me to share my concerns. I typically visit this location while in town and have never had any major issue until now. However, my latest visit was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any bank.
    I strongly dislike the new policy requiring appointments for service. It’s a bank, why do I need an appointment to be helped? Moreover, every time I try to set an appointment, there are usually none available. This time, I was told I would not be helped without an appointment, which is simply unacceptable.
    The manager at the kiosk was rude, unprofessional, and even lied to me, making me feel demeaned. Personally, this would not be the person I would want to represent and be the face of a bank. I’ve also observed how they and the manager in particular treat other clients at this location, and it’s equally concerning. They refused to assist me in fixing my account, forcing me to drive across town to another location to resolve the issue.
    Please understand that clients are the reason banks stay open, and not wanting to help us is unreal. If you choose to work in customer service, the least you can do is treat your clients with respect. I would understand if I had been disrespectful, but I was not.
    For what it’s worth, I doubt I’ll be visiting this location again, which is sad to say because I’ve been a client for years. A change needs to be made to improve customer service standards and address the flawed appointment policy.

    It’s a good places to bank at but yall never answer your phones in everytime I go in to cash my check yall have a worker how tell me all the time I can’t cash it there I have to go somewhere else everytime I go in there

    The company I work for banks here, and trust me, if I could change that, I would. I seriously hate going to this bank so much. Their drive through is always closed, and there is always only one teller working the lobby. This morning when I went I waited in line in the lobby for 45 minutes while the slowest teller known to man with an attitude helped everyone by herself. Meanwhile, another girl holding a tablet stood at the door greeting everyone and just watching everyone get mad in line. Why does this person exist but they cannot have more than one teller? And I know this is not a situation where they cannot get anyone to apply, because they have been running this place like this for years. While standing there, I also got to hear another employee at a desk help a gentleman open an account. He told her he just wanted a checking account, but she just kept getting him to open additional accounts, and apply for cards, and it was obvious he didn’t really understand what she was saying, but she just did it anyway, which was appalling. Every thing about the way this place is run is just ridiculous. The thought that the fat cat BoA big wigs are living the life while their branches are run like this is DISGUSTING. They cannot afford more than one teller at Bank of America? Really? Give me a break.

    The worst bank branch in Amarillo avoid at all cost . Useless you have a lot of time to spend : they only put on teller in front . Service is so slow it’s like they don’t care
