Current customer ~2 years. They dragged feet on new application for a very small $3500 loan and denied it because my vehicle wasn’t worth $200 more. I had to reach out to them for updates, poor communication. Poor communication between branches. Going to pay off the remaining $400 I have in cc debt (only debt outside my existing OMF loan) and refinance w UniWyo.
Nick was super, in helping to restructure our loan and make it easier for us, while we are dealing with some personal problems that are effecting our payments. One Main will work with you to the best of their abilities. In this day of age when customer service is not important, they provide it. Thanks, Nick and Brandon and the Cheyenne Staff.
NOT WORTH YOUT TIME!!!!There was only one guy there… think his name was Nick. He was not very friendly at all, didn’t even greet us and really seem not interested in helping. Ask for my information and clicking on his computer didn’t really give any information at all back to me. Just said nope, there was no loans for you. Maybe get new staff that really want to help or train them better!!!!
The People in the Cheyenne office are always professional with getting your loan completed and very great to work with in the Loan process. They were awesome.
