I love this place! Every time I come in, they greet me by name and are just as nice as can be! I’d drive out of the way to come to this branch!
I usually don’t leave feedback, however Taylor definitely went over above and beyond when I know she could have just sent me on my way. Every single time I see her she is so sweet and helpful. Just wanted to say thanks.
It’s a bank, man. They are a heck of a lot better than Wells Fargo, but that’s not hard. I would have to say they and Amarillo National are neck and neck for best banking here.
Since they sold out and merged with Centennial I have been locked out of my account 2 times and there is no way to call them by phone! I’m done I was welcomed with open arms at ANB!
