I banked here on the recommendation of Benedict Bourque. He told me “there is no dollar sign on a piece of mind,” and I honestly have no idea what he was talking about. Did he mean “peace of mind?!” ….Big gulps, huh?
Jonah has a great reputation in the community. In the process of getting a primary residence, I was recommended to this bank for a mortgage by multiple real estate agents. I was put in contact with Austin and he has been very helpful and available for my mortgage needs, questions, and clarifications. Also, each time I visit the bank, everyone is friendly, smiling, and in a good mood. My only critique of the bank is the tellers at the drive thrus never acknowledge me when I pull up, so I’m not sure if there’s someone there to help. I send in the tube hoping someone will process it. They always do, but it would be nice to let those in the drive thru know that someone is there to help them.
