Absolute worst customers service I’ve ever seen. Completely wasted a week of my time trying to buy a hand gun. Was told two separate times that my background check was done only to take off work TWICE and go up there to hear ” oh sorry I read the name wrong” and a week later when my background check does finally come back I take off work a third time to come finalize the purchase to find out that the original owner had come back to buy the gun and that I should’ve put money down on it. When nobody made any mention of this too me the other 4 times I had gone in there. Why should I assume I need to put money down on something I wasn’t even approved to buy yet. Absolutely ridiculous piss poor people completely wasted my time and cost me over 600$ in time taken off work

Waited 12 minutes after they where supposed to be open 7 people waiting. Walked up to the door and they where on there phones all three of them. A old man stayed and waited. At the door. Even tried opening the door and they watched him do it.
I came down to Texas to visit a friend and he wanted to show me some American Culture, and along the way we stopped here. They have a wide variety of goods and they have a great firearm selection!
