After 3 trips and 5 hours of my life wasted “Bank of the WORST” finally closed my business account. Blue FCU is 10 times the bank! I would have my children’s account here.
If you are needing a notary in Cheyenne, Kitty is the person to go to. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped me with my title situation get it notarized. I had a Wyoming title that I was not familiar with since I was in Colorado and I did not realize that I had to get the Wyoming title for a car notarized so I can get it registered in Colorado. She was super knowledgeable and helpful, thanks again!
Terrible bank. Charges military on everything they can. $10 service fee every month for online banking, $10 service fee every month for a savings, $15 a month for checking without direct deposit. Is this a bank or service center?? Worst “Bank” in the US. Highly recommend everyone stay away and place this on the blacklist for all military members. Lost $50 on service fees that was not explained in the contract I signed. Also signed during a $150 sign on bonus, that was supposed to be paid out after 6 months. I was with the bank 14 months and still never seen a dime of that promise. Terrible,just terrible
This bank is terrible. They have no fraud protection and don’t care to help their customers at all. If you get scammed they just throw you away to protect their image with no care or regard for the well-being of the customer. They just tell you “it’s your own fault” then close you out. No assistance, no protection, just “too bad and goodbye”.
Worst bank I’ve ever delt with. After depositing my 2nd paycheck, they decided they needed to hold it for 7 days for “fraud”. I work for a multi million dollar local company.. the only fraud is this bank. When they finally decide to release my hard earned paycheck, I am closing this account and going back to chime. At least there customer service actually works for the customer!
