I have been a long time customer of Hilltop National Bank, in fact I started a mickey mouse savings account with them when I was a boy. Living in California under a stay at home order due to COVID-19, its been near impossible to get on the phone with anyone in California banks about the PPP loans available to us during this time. The first call I made to HNB I was able to get through and on the phone with Nadine Cownover, who very quickly helped me successfully obtain a PPP loan with help from other HNB employees. Thank you, I appreciate you all tremendously.
If I could give a 0 star I would. 2 workers were extremely rude. One gentleman was super nice and helpful. I will never recommend this bank to anyone.
