Awesome customer service. Stopped by for some quick information since I’m new in town and the young man who helped me (Cody?) was a delight. He seemed to be working in the back but came right up to help me when he saw it was getting busy. I’ve been in customer service for my whole life, and he is the type of employee that keeps people around. He also basically sold me on opening up an account there this week (I already have a bank elsewhere, so I’m not sure how he managed that), and overall made my quick visit in very pleasant. I never leave reviews, but this was something I couldn’t ignore. Kudos to him and all of the friendly staff there.
I had a terrible experience turn into a great one. I visited your location on 3rd Street in Laramie, WY. While I was there, I was informed that I would be receiving a new debit card in 2024, and that it would have the ability to pay without putting it into the machine. I will admit, I was mad at first. I had been made to believe that these types of things were not safe for my money, which is what caused me to get upset. A very nice young man with glasses named Colby came over and spoke with me, and he took the time out of what was clearly a busy day to explain to me how the cards work, and how secure they actually are. I will admit, I am not proud of how I behaved at first, and I do apologize for my anger. I am 73 years old, and I am not good with technology. In fact, my grandson is typing this into my phone for me. This might be the only review that I ever leave on this web page, but I felt that this was an experience worth noting. I do not know if Colby is in charge of the computers there, or if there are any classes offered for old people like me, but if there are, I would like to know. He had a very pleasant way of teaching me something new without making me feel unintelligent. Thank you,

I have been banking here for many years and always been treated well. I recently needed a loan, Kendra and Amanda were both extremely helpful. They were able to find a loan that would work for me and with the help of Quintin, get it to my account with no time wasted.. making a huge difference in getting things taken care of when I needed to.
