I was down on my luck with bills and needing help with the rent so me and my daughter wouldn’t be without a home. I pawned my pistol and military memorabilia I had from overseas for 80 bucks to make sure I could get it back. Ask them to give me a call before it went on pawn was well worth over 300. Been going up there every month to make a payment but couldn’t get it out because of hard times. I called up there over 10 times throughout the last few weeks to let them know I was having car trouble. They will never pick up the phone no matter what time of day you call. They say it’s liberty, went in to get it out today they told me they sold it. I asked for my case back knowing I didn’t pawn it was just to hold the weapon in and they don’t give out holsters with weapons. She told me in a rude way while they were watching a movie in the back they don’t have to do anything they don’t have to give you a phone call or give anything back they have. If you’re down on your luck and need to pawn something go anywhere but there. First time I didn’t get a courtesy call.
Manager was very nice and very helpful . Gave me a great deal on some movies
They have a lot of junk and want a fortune for it. Bad thing is they don’t get good merchandise because they low ball everything except jewelry, which they do you well on
This place worth a look. Came here from a far to look for 360 games. They cut me a great deal for them and found other interesting items. Staff is fun and social.
I’ve read some of these reviews to them as they yelled “That man with the whence KNEW it didn’t have the remote and they tried to sell the piece of mind protection which he refused!”

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I called earlier in the day and explained to the associate named Anthony that I had some car speakers I was trying to pawn. He told me to come in and he would take care of me. I drove all the way fro Baytown and arrived about 6:45. Door was locked so I called and the Manager came to the door and told me NO that I couldn’t pawn them. I asked her what time do they close. She said 7:00. But the doors were locked at 6:45. 1 hour drive to get turned away. Won’t never return here.
