5 Reviews on “Cash America Pawn”
I am a BIG fan. This has been my favorite pawn shop for years. The manager, Debra, is so very sweet. She is very knowledgeable and always super helpful with me. The shop itself has been there forever and is a bit run down, but the merchandise inside is very well organized and displayed. I follow them on Facebook so I never miss a sale. I feel they are always more than fair with prices. I am a fan of the lay-a-way option. In conclusion, I think this is a great pawn shop and I recommended highly.
I had a very pleasant experience during my visit. The young lady that assisted me was very helpful. I brought in one of those all in one record players with a cassette and CD player, so it was entertaining to watch her try to figure out how those things worked. I didn’t get her name, but the paper I got says Jessica.
Full disclosure, I did not care about the amount I received for the item, just wanted to get rid of it. So I can’t speak to offer fairness. I will be taking a TV there either today or tomorrow, so I will be able to report on that then.
Update: coming soon
I recently visited Cash America Pawn and was blown away by the incredible service I received. The staff were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to ensure I had a positive experience. They offered fair prices and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be returning in the future. If you’re looking for a trustworthy pawn shop with top-notch customer service, look no further!

I went into this place today just a moment ago. From the front door there’s at least five different employees in there. I received. No greeting. No Hello, no How can I help you? I walked around the store for about 10 minutes and there was no correspondence from the employees. As I was leaving I noticed a little black lady walking in and she waved and they looked up and didn’t even speak but she was coming there I guess to pay on her pawn so they had to help her.. My point is if you wish to sell things or have a successful business you need to communicate with your potential customers. I’ll go to many pawn shops all over and I’m a paying customer but I hate going to places where you’re not greeted and treated as a potential customer. Will never return to this location. Thank about it if you ever go to this place.
If I could, I would give 0 stars. During the evaluation of my item, the associate dropped it several times, which eventually led to it being broken. The manager, an older man with glasses, was extremely disrespectful and tried to lowball me, refusing to reimburse me for my damaged product. Ultimately, I walked out disappointed with the service and disheartened by the treatment I received.
