    Ever since they changed to UniWyo we have had bad experiences. Everything is more difficult now and you can never get a hold of anyone on the phone. I have banked here for more than 10 years and my husband even longer, but the changes are enough to make us want to switch!

    In my experience with this bank this is a horrible bank. Taking more money than I actually spend out of my account and thanks to the twenty eight dollar courtesy fee I don’t have enough money for food. I do not recommend this bank, I have heard better things about hilltop then Uniwyo.

    I’ve been banking with reliant for seven (7) years. In that time I have never had an issue with the bank. I use the Landmark location most often and the employees are always upbeat and very friendly and quick. My biggest rave of all is the online security! They are top notch! I’ve had my card information hacked several times and they caught it almost immediately. The other thing I love about reliant is that they issue debit cards right at the bank so there’s no need to wait the usual 7-10 days to get a new card. I started my kids with savings accounts with reliant when they were teens, they have been able to build their credit with Auto loans and mortgage payments both at a fairly young age
    I definitely and highly recommend reliant federal credit union.

    LOVE MY BANK. Everything on my account is available on the new app which is so user friendly!!! This bank is modern and accommodating to every need. I’ve never had problems with my cards, or processing payments. Had my card stolen last week, canceled within 5 minutes on the app didnt even have to call anyone or anything. Got a brand new card the next morning. HIGHLY RECCOMENED THIS BANK!!!

    Worst banking experience of 5 years. First 2 years they had my name spelled wrong ez to get over, constant issues with asking for the change over the two years which at the end of it I requested a manager in which it finally got done. These last 3 its been nothing but you have our info wrong and next time we will be doing a charge if you enter in the incorrect info. But then keep giving me the wrong info. Depositing money into another person’s account on THIER END. GOOD LUCK to ANY AND ALL REAMIN PATRONS
