    Came In to look around at what they had, saw a Switch Lite on manager special for 89$, great deal, but it was a little grody. They don’t seem to clean anything the sell here.. Whatever, I can look past that, but my first red flag was that the unit wasn’t charged and didn’t come with a charger, so I asked them to plug it in which at first they tried to plug it in with any run-of-the-mill C charger that obviously wasn’t working. I went back to the case and said “Hey can we plug it in with an actual Switch charger that’s in here” which sure enough, that actually worked. The unit seemed fine, but I wouldn’t really be able to tell if the battery had any issues without it being fully charged. My main issue was that there is no return policy. Not 10 days, a week, 24 hours, nothing. They’d rather grift some more money out of you for some “Peace of Mind” insurance plan than be a reputable business. Sounded very sketchy to me, so I left.

    I have dealt with the Action Pawn on North Bryant for several years and have always had a great experience.with Celina and her staff. They helped me find and acquire a number of items I had trouble finding elsewhere. Any problems that came up were dealt with to my complete satisfaction. The staff seemed knowledgeable about their inventory and the prices are better than the competition. I highly recommend this place for your needs.

    I visited Action Pawn to retrieve my property and was met with a disappointing experience. After handing over my card for payment, I was informed they only accepted cash, despite the payment already being processed. This resulted in a refund that wouldn’t reflect in my account for 7 days, a real inconvenience considering it was for Christmas. Even after explaining the situation to the supervisor, they instructed the sales rep to issue a refund, as if the error was mine. The handling of the situation was disappointing and, to add insult to injury, the treatment I received was less than satisfactory.

    Worst customer service experience I have received from a business! I was offended by the little girl behind the counter. I recommend finding another location to do business with! I am totally frustrated with the way I was ! Hopefully you will receive better service if you decide to visit this location. Plenty of parking available due to lack of patrons when I was there.
