A great place to shop. I always find what I need and get quality service. Shopped there 10+ times, never a glitch. Great job y’all!
Poor customer service. Megan Martin needs to be trained on how to treat people. She is quick to call the cops if you are waiting for the store to open. Please retrain her on how be a decent person. Better yet put her in the back with her rude self.
The employees were less than helpful or courteous, both on the phone and in person. They do not know their products, and we’re not very willing to look up info or help me find what I was looking for. In the end, I had to get a completely different item than what was listed on their website. What rang up at the register was the same price,, but a different size and a different brand. ( between calls and visits, I dealt with 4 different employees. I was on hold about 10 minutes before I was disconnected and had to call back)
The store manager at your cherry lane location is awesome. Kind, fair and yet firm. I had an issue that needed management approval and I was treated with courtesy and respect. And although it didn’t work out in my favor it was policy and it was fair.
Went into Academy Sports to find a nice pair of Sketches for female. I wear a Women’s 12. They actually didn’t have what I was looking for so I bought Men’s size 10 Sketches Related Fit. They are very comfortable and has Memory Foam. I got them in Blue which will go good with alot of all my work out clothing. I was really looking for some colors like Pinks, and Purples and just girly colors in general, but I love these just the same. The cost was $69.99.
I also purchased some “No Show” socks 6 pair for $7.99. I really love those colors as well 😍 I would definitely recommend visiting this store and by the way the staff was very helpful and friendly 😊 Has really great deals today 😀
