I brought a watch in to repair the clasp and they went above and beyond by not only repairing the clasp, but also fitting it perfectly to my wrist & making sure the time and other functions were set and working perfectly. Beautiful jewelry inside for purchase as well. Grateful I found this place. Customer service is alive and thriving here—it’s refreshing!
I have been taking luxury watches to Mark at Ridglea Watch & Jewelry for many years. I can always count on him for an honest accurate assessment of each individual timepiece. He has serviced my Rolex President, Rolex Daytona, Rolex Datejust, Piaget Polo Day/Date and Piaget Gouverneur Date. The range of work included simple repair and sizing, to demagnetizing, and all the way to full wristwatch service. I have never known Mark to provide anything less than stellar service. He’s the best…and their prices are reasonable as well.
I took two Movado watches in to have the batteries replaced and paid $90 which is insane. I got 1 year warranty that is good for nothing because I had to take one of them back in twice and neither time they replaced the battery again. They “calibrate” or whatever they do, tell me that I shouldn’t keep it near phones or credit cards which I don’t and few days later it stops working again. Worst place ever and terrible customer service.
Mark and his wonderful staff have always done excellent work in repairing my jewelry and anything else I need work on or advise on. They have beautiful pieces of jewelry there they sell as well. Need to check them out. You will be amazed. Very polite and friendly. Very comfortable leaving my jewelry in good hands . Thank you Mark and Staff
Went in there for a few things been in a few times the last time I was in there I just went in to see if he could clean my watch real quick and he gave it a free polish and it looks brand new the staff and owner. There are awesome.
