Bought this ring from here. Looked at it today and it was broke! As much business as I do there they could have made it right! But no they told me they don’t warranty rings. But wanna sell them for a high price! They won’t make it right! My advice is don’t buy rings from them!
I first called and asked how much I could get for a used silver money clip. The woman’s response was that she could not give me that information over the phone and that I had to come in so she could see it. I mentioned that I had to walk there but she told me this was company policy. I walked a half of a mile, one-way, and the woman, being an African American with fake long hair and lots of tattoos, took one look at the money clip and told me that they do not except these types of things at their store. I then asked her why she told me to come by so she could look at it and she just smiled and told me to have a nice day.
I am a handicapped 50-year-old man that needed some extra cash for groceries and I had to be lied to and compromised by an employee of Cash America.
My advice to anyone is to stay away from any Cash America.
In all of the locations for Cash America I have always been treated with respect and made to feel welcomed! I’ve gotten to know some of the ladies that work at the New Boston Road location. They get my sense of humor, give it right back and are some of the best people I’ve met. I will continue to recommend this store as well as shop here.
My tv was stolen so I call up there to see if they had got any in the past 4 days. The women was rude and rushed me off the phone. If your going to by stole property I’ll just have the police come look
Pawn 2 rings a while back went to pick up today they only had 1. Tell me I only Pawn 1 when I Pawn 2 nothing I could do but hold in my frustration an leave be aware ripped off.
