EZ Pawn might be a place to business easily; however, I experienced something different today. I was there to get a layaway out and I met the manager of store # 10805. She was not very professional and treated me like I was creating a problem. I explained that I put an item on layaway and that I’d like to look at the item before I pay the layaway because I’ve worked at a pawnshop before and I know that sometimes items get damaged while being put away. So I expressed the fact that the gentleman who sold me the computer I put on layaway said I could look at it again before I took it home. Apparently, this is against company policy and the staff made it very difficult for me to feel comfortable completing my purchase. I was simply buying something here. I wasn’t trying to get money from them.
I had many good purchases in this store with different employees. Ive bought many products over the years spent thousands of dollars. Today I was interested in some car speakers. I asked the manager if I could test them if I left my ID with her. She said no because what if I damaged them. I replied how do I know if they work. She said,”I don’t know what to tell you buy a warrranty”. Thats not how a manager should handle a customer. She is abrasive if you ask me. I won’t be coming back as long as she is manager!
I have never left a review so I thought I would this time. I have dealt with this location for a number of years. I have never been disappointed. My latest purchase was with Leo. Leo was very professional. My purchase was fair and easily made. I gave Cash America 5 Stars because it deserves it. Thanks Leo
My deaf mother in law bought a gun from Sam… she went to return it because it doesn’t working (wouldn’t shoot) and Sam realized what’s going on and got Adrian (she wouldn’t talk to us ) even tho she was the one to sell us the gun… very very unprofessional.. DONT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING THEY WONT HELP U… They left the lock on her WITH NO KEY so we have to go back up there now
Oh my this place is HORRIBLE ONE PERSON AT COUNTER LINE LONG DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS U HAVE A DAY OFF ALL DAY
