Jennifer and her team made buying a house so simple! Jennifer was available any time I had questions and was extremely helpful. I’m so glad we chose her to be our lender!
Jennifer McConnell is truly an ANGEL! Jennifer grabbed the wheel, with my approval, when I needed someone to do just that! My husband recently passed away forcing me to have sell our home and find a new place for me alone. I’m also deaf which makes communication a nightmare especially during serious & complicated times such as having to relocate to a new home. Jen was my lifeboat! She went beyond a normal interaction explaining & teaching me how to buy a home on my own and guide me through the tremulous documents. She knew when I was tired or confused & she accommodated. Her professionalism is stellar plus she has heart. She was relatable, kind and respectful. I was relieved by her knowledge. I knew I was in the best hands possible to walk with me into my new life and into my new home. Not only was she my Loan Officer but my new friend. I trust Jennifer and I don’t say that flippantly.
