Go on your own risk, but I’ll tell you this much. They’ll try to treat you like a crackhead so don’t let them go into the big city. They’ll give you more. Don’t believe me just try.
I stopped to look at and maybe purchasing two bicycles for our kids. They opened up the area where the bicycles were and they had a great selection. I bought both bicycles there and was given a great price on both. Their customer service is unparalleled to any of the other shops in Denton. I have also pawned objects when I was low on money and was able to get more than a fair price. They are very reasonable on giving what something is worth when pawning an object and there price to retrieve what you have pawned is not outrageous. They are also willing to work with you if you are low on money and not able to get back what you have pawned on a contracted date payment is due. They have great prices all over their shop in all different categories. They are very warm and friendly and I will continue to go back there and purchase more items.
I understand the business and how it goes I respect that. But Marcella is very unprofessional and makes you wonder what kind of company allows this person into management. She was very rude and disrespectful she had an attitude and did not matter how polite I was. She made remarks that were uncalled for. Her employee kept giving looks that were saying he was sorry for his manager’s behavior. She was very rude to other customers as well one left very upset with her attitude and Marcella could care less. This person needs to be educated in general on how to talk to people let alone customer service. I’m sure she wouldn’t talk to her folks like that. If she did it would say even more about her… avoid this place because of Marcella by all means possible.

Went to EZPAWN they said a loan on a digital Bluetooth mini photo printer for your phone was appraised at $10 through their lil system they use. Then some young person told me for my Nintendo switch $20, then Said no because the switch needed a little dusting. Went to BIG STATE PAWN with NO ISSUES. In and out in less than 10.
