Apparently there policy changes depending on who’s working. I’ve bought individual golf clubs here multiple times. Today they have a garbage mix match set of 7 wilson clubs for $150. It’s never gonna sell. I offered to by one for $10-$15. Today they don’t sell individual clubs. Who ever is in charge of pricing golf stuff here doesn’t want to make money
Don’t bring your designer bags items here. I’m going through a divorce and ended up keeping the bags. I brought them here because I was in a bind. Two employees were interrogating me as if I stole them. They were all authentic Louis Vuitton, Gucci and YSL bags. 7bags in total. Very well taken care of and all together worth over $10k. I was only asking $1000 just to pawn because I saw smaller bags they were selling were going for $250-$300 each. As the man was looking up the date codes on the computer his assistant was picking out every single pinhead sized blemish or very small frayed piece of stitching. After waiting he informed me they could only give me $200 for everything. What A JOKE! I’m pretty sure they get a lot of stolen items from highland park down the street and people don’t care what they get
They wouldn’t even take my golf clubs in but then again I see a lot of people dumped all their golf clubs last year because golf is not the thing this year like pickleball is and I can understand when you have an overflow and not want to take things in that was pretty cool but they still took my bows in that was real outdated speaker and gave me some money and saved my life so I’m not going to hate these people I still thanked them for helping me out
This is my usual location to go to but after today that changed. Walked in and wasn’t greeted at all !! The guy stood behind the counter on his phone.
As I walked through and found the item I wanted to purchase I made my way to the counter because I had questions and no one was working the floor the same guy stayed behind the counter with his head in his phone !!
There was a nice young lady who saw me and asked if I needed help !
I purchased my tv and normally someone would offer to carry it out !! The same guy sat and watched as i walked out with the TV !
Such a sorry excuse for a employee ! Hire more associates who know the meaning of customer service !
I’m starting to understand why the machines/robots are replacing actual people !
This place is a scam they sold me a messed up computer and it was iCloud locked I got insurance and paid them so if anything was wrong I could return it they refused to give me refunds or trades besides charging expensive and selling trash
