10/10 would recommend. I was blown away by the immediate welcomeness I felt. Jose is who helped me on my last visit and he is well beyond nice and well organized. He even helped me with some crazy good prices/deals the location was offering which made my visit even more worth it/awesome. Ive been going here for years since it was called Trader Jim’s and I wouldn’t go to ANY OTHER location/shop specifically due to the positive treatment I receive by the staff at this location alone, very friendly staff and helpful with all my pawn/purchase needs. They NEVER try to lowball you or get over on you in any way and this location literally has THE BEST DEALS! Words can’t even explain-On June 17th they have a customer appreciation day coming up and Father’s Day is the 18th so I can’t wait🤣🤣🤣 I’m gonna give them all my money that day 💀💀💀and have no shame about it. They have the best items, best prices for EVERYTHING.
Great experience everytime I do business with Tracie. I’ve tried to buy things from several stores. This is the only place I’ve felt treated fairly and always feel welcomed.
I was sold a fake diamond at this store just now. I immediately took it to another jeweler and it was a fake. I contacted them within an hour and asked if I could get my money back and they would not give it back. The “manager” was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone. I will NEVER go back. They are not on file with the BBB, so do NOT buy and sell here. They could care less about honesty and doing what is right. I am out $1600.00. Do NOT shop here.
IncrediPawn is a wonderful business! Both locations are well organized. The staff is very professional and they are willing to help you with the best deals. The merchandise for sale is good quality. I highly recommend IncrediPawn!
This store never purchases. Honestly the other location is better, this store is always a disappointment. Look elsewhere if you’re selling or pawning. Save yourself the time.
