Done business here for a long time and several times. Always good on loans but when I went in to pay over $400 to get my tools , I had $30 left over. I had a welder in layaway with a payment due of $45. I offered the remaining 30 I had for payment and asked if it would carry the welder until July 1st and she clearly said yes. I had someone with me that heard the exact same thing.. 2 weeks later I got a message saying that it was due or I would lose it. So I called and was told that what I was told was never said. So I called corporate in fort worth and was told that I would receive a call the next day. I still haven’t received a call and I’m sure I probably have lost my welder.
This was the only black lady that works there, so be careful dealing with her.
I come here all the time and it never disappoints! Best deals in hurst ! From tvs , movies ( classics ) games etc .
I come to this place anytime I need a small loan or quick cash from a pawn (Huge variety of inventory as well). Interest rates aren’t bad and the staff go above and beyond to meet customer satisfaction. If I could give this place a 6th star I would. Crystal & Kyle (Not so green) are the real MVP’s!!!

I request you all not buy anything from here,I came here to buy x box 360 controllers and a game , call of duty , she gave me the wrong controllers and she gave me x box one disk she charged me 76.83 I brought them back after 10 minutes to return she didn’t return,
She is mean bad behavior , and she gave me all these controllers and she said it is for 360 and it working it is not for 360 it is for xbox one and not turning on,they scam people and take their money , don not trust
The manager lady has no clue what she is doing at all!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! Brought in a Diamond necklace a few weeks back that she offered me $25 for which I sold to another pawn shop for $350 but today I brought in a Ryobi Grinder, lady said I HAVE TO HAVE A RECEIPT since it looks new, and EVERY pawn shop is going to require me to have the receipt, left there and went five minutes down the road to AirPort Pawn(which I highly recommend) the owner there had no problem taking the grinder and informed me that no you do not need a receipt. That is why a pawn shop takes down your information!
