    Been a customer here for literally years, probably around 5 to be exact. Well 2 days ago I bought a tablet for my kiddos. The guy who sold it to me told me that we could hook up any keyboard to it and that they ran around $30. I really didn’t know and I trusted him since he said he had done it before. It was a gift for my kids for Valentine’s and I was all excited to give it to them. I went out and bought the keyboard got home and it won’t work. I took the tablet back and the same guy says sorry sold as is. It won’t hook up to any keyboard something is the problem with the tablet now I am out $80. Other locations allow 7 day returns but not this one. Buyer beware.

    The tallish fat guy with glasses should be fired for his outward attitude towards customers alone. I put 3 stars because every single other person at this location, is amazing and I’ve had great experiences with, even during disagreements. However, this employee was very monotoned, looked as if he was annoyed by me throughout the whole interaction, gave me a price on an item I wanted to sell, and then changed the price on the papers. I did not react or make a scene, that man was not even aware I was going to leave this review after. I signed the receipts, and he gave me the cash, and I walked towards the door, but before I walked out, as I was counting the cash, I noticed it was less than the amount he told me verbally. So I turned around and confronted him, and he lied directly to my face, and said he verbally told me the price that was printed on the receipts, which was the same amount he gave me in cash. I did not complain to him or anyone else at the store, because I feel that this should be brought to his managers attention, and the store was busy in that moment and I am very respectful when it comes to these things, I have a job myself so I understand. However, there was zero reason for him to have an attitude during the whole interaction as well as giving me the impression that he was annoyed by me, and helping other customers who ALREADY had an employee helping them, while I was waiting for him to finish my transaction. It should/could have been a 10-15 minute interaction, as I have been here before, however it took me 30-45 minutes to leave, simply because of how little care he had for my sale. Completely unacceptable behavior from any employee anywhere. I also would not have left a bad review about him, if all he did was tell me the truth that he made a mistake when he wrote down the price he offered me, or vice versa. I’m completely fine with the amount he gave me as well. I am not the customer who leaves these reviews and makes these kinds of claims. I consider myself the average customer. I know for a fact if one of his managers or GM witnessed this interaction, if not a leave of absence without pay, he would have been terminated immediately. For this reason I feel it’s urgent that one of his managers speaks to him about this situation. He also attempted to refuse my sale, because of the fact that I did not have a charger for my item. It wasn’t until I told him that I have already pawned this exact same item, at this exact same location, without the charger, that he said not to worry about it. Once again, completely unacceptable and horrible customer service. I should not have had to remind him of that. Anyone else wouldn’t have been able to sale their item. I do not want him to be terminated or fired or even relocated, just addressed. Much appreciated.

    They are the absolute worst pawn shop and sold me a tablet that had a pin on it and then the lady sat in my face and lied talking about it worked fine when she had it they have the worst customer service and then they didn’t want to do business with me again because she said that they didn’t want to do business with me because I had too many problems with the way that they did business that’s not if you value your money please stand clear of them they will sell you something and will not hold they

    Was visiting store today as I have in the passed, always been able to come in and find great deal. Today was not so good, visited at about 1130a in search of a MacBook. Sales person was great young man that did his best to assist, now the Lead Sales person in charge was not so good she was extremely rude. She has no business being in customer service much less responsible for leading a sales team. I simply asked if they good make a better deal then whatbwas posted, her response was unprofessional,
