Im a new customer with this bank and was notified over the phone that I have to come in person to change my pin. Which is ridiculous. I then proceeded to wait a hour for a bank teller to tell me I have to sit with a banker to CHANGE A PIN. I couldve saved ample time if their wasnt two people helping customers. I was then informed after waiting for one hour that i have to schedule a appointment with a banker. I havent had this bank for two weeks and im beyond disappointed in the way they handle things. From the unnecessary complicated structure to the hour to speak to someone is ridiculous. This one experience alone made me want to close my account.
