DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU NEED SOMEONE TO TELL YOU TO USE THE ATM!!! They don’t do any transactions just a waste of a location and THREE staff to stand there and not be able to help with basic banking business. Only ATM based transactions. This location had been Awful since it opened. At first I thought it was because everyone was new to PNC some even admitting new to banking. But over time it just gets worse!!!! PNC sucks for Business Banking and Credit Services but this location just makes it even worse.
Customer service has even danced in circles to hint towards finding another bank that would be more “beneficial” to business bankers.
Leaving after 20yrs!!!!
Run do not walk if you want a good banking institution.
Please do not bank here!!! I never ever leave reviews however this bank and this particular branch needs to be shut down. 1. When you sign up for a new account they claim after 90 days you will get money back. Sounds great right!? Well that is false. They have yet to deposit the money. I went in to talk to a teller and I am told that there are other stipulations to get the cash back which I was never told about initially. 2. The ATM is outside and you can’t stay in your car to use it. This is very dangerous. 3. The inside is either closed all the time or there is a long wait to speak with a teller. 4. Check funds are not available immediately and they will rearrange transactions to create overdraft fees. My final straw was today. I went in to deposit a check and cash.Surprise surprise the inside is not operational. I was told to use the atm. I go to use the ATM and only was able to deposit some of my funds since the ATM stopped working. Something as simple as depositing funds has now taken about 40 mins to an hour. The only good thing is that most of the tellers are very nice. However, when dealing with money niceness is not enough.Also the online banking app is horrible. It crashes all the time and or just simply does not work. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
There card reader don’t work every time I go to pay a bill then I have to use their ATM and spend $3.75 to pull money out. Just cuz their card reader don’t work.. Bank takes more money than we supposed to pay…plz fix it….
What is yalls problem?? You say come in to get direct deposit info. I come in, you HUFF at me for coming in. Walk around the corner, walk back out, HUFF AT ME AGAIN!!! Then tell me to make an appointment because you’re with a customer. One person at a bank?? Yall gone down hill!! How do you have me missing BBVA???
Worst customer service EVER! This branch is a minimum 20+ mins for a teller. If they moved any slower, it would be in reverse. Yesterday was my last straw. I was with BBVA over 20yrs before PNC took over. Tried to make a deposit at the ATM, of course it was broken again. Ugh… I have to go in. After waiting 20mins while the supervisor watched her 1 teller taking care of a line of customers. I realize I grabbed my expired license. I went to my vehicle to get it and upon returning, she closed and locked the door in my face. I said you know I’ve been in there and she gave me the shew away hands. She smiles and gives me a sarcastic wave. I literally could not believe it. I called PNC customer service immediately and made a report. Today at 455pm I will withdraw every penny in my account and will re-mortgage my HELOC with a company that cares somewhat for their customers. I will no longer be banking with PNC. If you are wise, you wont either. You’ve been warned.
