Audrey at the Cooper Street location offered excellent customer service. She was fast, friendly and very professional. I appreciated working with her and had a pleasant experience.
I just want to take time out to say I just experienced the greatest customer service. From a nice lady. I didn’t catch her name but she was very professional an kind. She took the extra time out to make sure all my needs was taken care of. Even took time to make sure my Porte account was all set up before I left. I will be recommending my friends an family to this location.
Brandy is the absolute best! I had a dilemma with my check and she provided me with excellent customer service. She also redirected me to another branch that was closer to me and facilitated the entire process! Thank you so much to Brandy and Yazmin in the Desoto store !
