I like coming to this location close to work even with short staff their always nice and helpful. This last time I was there when I walked in the branch there was a big line but the manager Julianna I think that’s what she said her name was. She was working the line letting us know about the short staff and offering mobile app there was another banker also helping. She helped me with a mobile deposit. I was so impressed I have to give them all 5. They saved me time.
Had a10 am appointment got here 15 mins early. Came in sat down to wait. There are 2 bankers present both busy with clients. Juliana walks out to assist an coworker, never acknowledged me. At 10:03 Mrs Juliana’s client left. She sat in her chair, facing me, head down still I’m invisible. Once her coworker, don’t know her name cuz I left , was finishing up with her clients she goes to her ( about 6 feet in front of me)” have you gotten that client? Ok I’ll get her” as she walks over to me and tell me I would have to wait for her coworker unless I wanted her to help me…. Well let’s just say I’m waiting on the coworker. Yep you know what now I’m closing the account I’m good.
Great people here. All are very helpful. The front lobby has some beautiful art. This is a full service bank and I have banked with them for 3 years without any problems, in fact they caught an attempt to withdrawal unauthorized by me and called me immediately. I like going here.
I opened an account with Wells Fargo several months ago and I must say that their service is outstanding. They make banking so easy. They make even the little guys like me feel important. Thank you Wells Fargo!

There were 18 customers in line and only 2 tellers were working on the floor and there were more than 7 wells fargo employees just hanging around!!!
