Had to cancel after almost 10 years with yall. Yall blocked my card while I was out of town and I was stuck with no money for ten days. Then when I get back into town yall say I have to pay 10 dollars for a new card. When I did nothing wrong. I asked if yall could waive that fee and I got laughed at and was told no. So had to close the account with yall. I always hyped yall up till this happened.

NEGATIVE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️LACK of communication!! Been trying to receive a copy of our auto loan contract..4 months later & we still haven’t received anything!! CEO doesn’t seem to be able to provide clear information regarding our auto loan contract nor provide answers to our questions. She keeps contradicting herself!! Very unprofessional!!
