BY ALL MEANS DO NOT APPLY OR GO THROUGH AUTO LOAN WITH THIS BANK!!! I will be posting this on as many of they’re branches as I can to warn people away from them. They’re retail lending team is unreliable horrible when it comes to both common sense and customer service. I won’t go into large details but I will warn you away, they screw up so often that tax collectors office gives them really hard time whenever they go to process title chances and such.

Horrible service. They don’t know how to count money. I been sitting in the drive through for 1 hour and a half because they messed up my check. They gave me less then my check back. Once I told them they messed up I ended up staying there for 40 more minutes. Lol crazy! Definitely changing banks.

I don’t understand why 1st national bank had this huge cornerstone “headquarters” built, if on a Saturday I’m still being directed to Walmart to make a coin deposit. This is all because the lobby is closed on Saturday.

I’m not even a customer yet and I have already had a bad experience. First impressions are super important. I recently started up my first business and am in the midst of paperwork and understanding how everything works. I stopped in to talk with someone to discuss business banking. Such as what possible differences are there between personal and business accounts with them, what is expected out of said business and wanted to talk to someone to get the lay of the land considering I have never done this before. The greeter was super nice and managed to get me into an office, however the lady that came over and discussed this with me seemed like I was bothering her with questions. Didn’t seem to want to understand where I was coming from. Continuously pointed at a brochure regarding business banking. Essentially passing me off claiming all the info is on that brochure. That’s not always the case. How am I suppose to potentially bank with you if you don’t want to give me the time of day. Nothing is more disrespectful than passing someone off when they have a genuine concern, interest with your company.

Polite, professional and efficient. Definitely setting the standard for customer service at a bank.
