    By reading all the comments here. I’m guessing we are not being heard. It’s rush hour and only 2 bank tellers at this bank. Come on BOA!!!! Do better, people are in their lunch hour. We don’t need to spend 30m just to deposit money.

    I’ve been with BoA for 20 years and have watched quality of service decline while fees have increased. There are more greeters at the kiosk when you enter than tellers resulting in a nice group of people smiling at you while you wait in line longer than necessary anytime you need to visit physically. Every time I’ve need a banker to handle something, it’s a 1-2 hour wait for ONE rep who can handle actual banking issues outside of tellers. I’m moving assets to local banks and credit unions.

    Never received my debit card, kept having to go in to the bank to get a temporary. Very frustrating and terrible customer service. -5 months ago

    I forgot how terrible this place is. I scheduled an appointment yesterday to get a temp card because the chip on mine doesn’t work anymore. I waited an hour EVEN AFTER setting up an appointment. I had to leave to pick up my daughter from school and before I left I asked why it takes an hour even after I schedule an appointment at 2. She said she didn’t know, that the man before her working the front didn’t let her know but I can be seen in 10 minutes!! No, I hate this bank with a passion. If you’re looking for a bank I highly recommend you don’t get an account with BANK OF AMERICA. -2/8/19

    To the bank advisor who resolved all my doubts, to whom I questioned in detail and I mentioned what I needed and she knew how to solve it easily, quickly and consistently, I thank you for your patience and attention, very good for Bank of America in these situations.
