Everyone at the Dixieland branch is extremely knowledgable and courteous. Elizabeth did an outstanding job addressing all of my questions. Because of her depth of banking knowledge and expertise, she was able to understand and answer all of my questions on the phone. I was able to complete everything that I needed by using my IBC app and avoided an unecessary trip to the bank.
I have yet to have a bad experience here. Short lines, you’re in and out with no problems. Employees are always happy and friendly. I switch to this IBC going on a year now. It’s out of my way and a longer drive for me, but it’s worth it.

Their slogan is “We Do More” I referred someone to their bank and this person went on their 1hr lunch break. Employment check in hand and was turned away stating they needed cash in hand to open an account. That doesn’t sound like”We Do More” calling the employer to verify employment and cashing the check free since they are opening an account would be considered “We Do More” that experience was a “We Do More” to make your first visit sour.
