A very disappointing failure by this bank caused me major problems. I went on vacation out of the country. I called the bank before I left and explained exactly where I was going and was assured that my debit card would work. Well, the fools at this bank declined a $12 purchase just purely out of incompetence. If you want to be treated like a clown than use this bank ran by clowns.
Best bank in Harlingen. I have used several others and switched accounts to frost. Quick service, friendly staff, actual humans to talk to on 800 line.

Terrible customer service.
Called to ask details about business checking and the person I spoke with couldn’t answer basic question. Just kept repeating the same phrases over and over again. Then told us everything is online. Will not be using them.
