I’ve never had a loan with these people but i was used as a reference on an application. As a reference I have been harassed with phone calls from this business, which they call disguising themselves as a friend or family member. But worst of all, they use their personal cell phones or the spoof method (cloning if someone else’s phone number) to make the attempt for collection purposes. If only these people knew that they are already breaking FDCPA policy.
