Great Bank, great friendly customer service.
I would advise anyone that has a PNC bank account to close their accounts and make them go bankrupt they closed a account of mine without notifying me by phone email or mail they were closing my account and I had a $2,000.00 pay check going into my account so I am going to hold PNC bank responsible for paying my bills till I get a discount account from a different bank straight out. This bank is a total joke and needs to be shut down
Overall the branch service is ok. The one branch location in town is useless. I’ve transferred. 1st problem was an ATM withdrawal . Branch had some parking lot maintenance issue that day. They waited until after business hours and these things happen so I chalked it up as a one time deal. Went and paid at another credit union. THEN PNC charged me again. I requested a refund through 800 # and in branch and was denied. Now I just keep the account at a minimum. I’ve been to the ATM at least 6 times to deposit and it’s always down. Out of money, Server Error, etc….next branch is in Beaumont and I already have to drive across town to get to the ATM to find it broken. Too many fees. Nickel and dime you to death….good luck if it works for you…hope so
While conducting business in your bank, your Tyler Brandy has got to be one of the friendliest people that I have met. Since I have moved to this area. She actually had me questioning why I didn’t have an account at that bank. You definitely need more people like her.
Worst customer experience, i almost waited for 45 min and their representative refuse to notarise as they don’t have stamp .. i missed my dead line i wish i never came here .. i regret to have bank account with them.
