I found a beautifully stunning ring for an amazing price! Mauricio the owner helped walk my husband and I through the whole process since we had never bought from a pawn shop before. He guaranteed that the ring was real and even had paper work for it. Resizing the ring was part of the price! Unfortunately, the resizing job wasn’t done very well and two stones fell out and where it was reconnected it looked rough. Mauricio covered the cost of the lost diamonds to be replaced by another jeweler and we paid for the resizing to be redone elsewhere(to ensure quality of work). Overall it just shows how dedicated to his customers he is. I would definitely buy jewelry here again and recommend the shop to anyone wanting to get a great bang for their buck. I do not recommend the individual who does their resizing.
Just when you thought customer service was a thing of the past. Stop by and get some of the best customer service around. Mauricio will not disappoint. He is friendly and courteous to everyone. Awesome pawnshop. The owner is flexible and has a lot of really neat things. Tons of tools, electronics, and other odds and ends to keep you busy looking for an hour or more. 100% recommend checking them out.
