1/2023: Sparse selection of items. TVs were actually not badly priced, most were 32” for like $60 roku tvs. Some laptops, some tools, some music equipment, few guns. Saw a guy get $370 for his ps5 disc edition as well.
I went to this location and waited 20 minutes for the clerk to verify the authenticity of my jewelry only to have the manager say they could purchase the ring but not pawn because of my retrieval rate. I was considering purchasing an item when I got paid but this type of customer service made clear that I will never do business with this location again.
Lol they offered me $30 bucks on a loan for a bulova $600 dollar watch. Terrible customer service. When you think of a terrible pawn shop this is the place we all imagine. The 5 stars on there review is deff. Fake there is no way they should even be over 3 stars
In the past 2 months I’ve spent over $2000 at this one location alone. I purchased a all in one pc. It turns out it was broken. I bought a carpet shampooer and it was broken. I bought a Drill and it was broken. And lastly I bought a paint sprayer and you guessed it. It was also broken. The place is corrupt and they don’t value they’re customers business.Sure they gave me a refund for the paint sprayer. But after losing money on the warranty and a hefty restocking fee, I received only a fraction of what I paid back in return.
I come to this pawn shop with a JBL speaker and they told me i needed the cord and when i went home to get one i waited 15 mins for service (they let someone who came after me go first also) then when it was my turn they told me they couldn’t take it in!! Why would u tell me to go get something for the device and den tell me you can’t take it in anyway. Waste of my time,gas, and money just terrible service…
