Poor Customer Service and Low-Ball Prices on items you take in for a loan. Ms. Flor (Manager) & Ms. Carla (Employee) lack professionalism. They don’t communicate well and are rude. If you have no other option go to Amanda. She’s the only good thing at this location and is an Asst. Manager.
I had a good experience here. Picked up a Milwaukee hammer drill which retailed for around 700$ for 420$ in like new condition. They stand behind their products and while I was there a guy brought back a laptop that had WIFI issues and they gave him a different laptop. I also liked that the store felt clean and organized.

One star only because it wouldn’t allow this post with 0. Worst CS ever. The two clerks in the store acted as if I was disturbing their private conversation. I stood approximately 3 ft. away from them and waited almost 5 minutes for one of them to notice me. I had to ask them for assistance. Even with the horrible CS, I would have purchased a laptop priced at $300, but she offered to check for the best price. When she returned, the sticker read $350. What’s worse is she played dumb when I questioned the increase in price, stating $350 was the original price. I just hate being played as foolish. Needless to say I’ll never shop their again, and if asked I’ll definitely recommend a different pawn shop.
