Horrible service, worst experience ever going to pawn shop. Went in there with 10 products to sell. Took very long to look up products. Asked to individually price each item and they got visibly upset due to whatever system issues was having on computer. First told me over the phone they would pay $30 for jackets Nike so went in, big mistake. 2 employees were just making up prices and changed offer price twice once already had accepted. Very unprofessional workers and the manager lowballed me on 5 products so took them off the table once I said yes to the other 5 products for $40 total and she changed the offer price down to $35 so advised I already said yes to $40 and she then tried to embarrass me with people in line saying “ you took out stuff so we can take out stuff too and don’t want your purse.” They will lowball you for your products, and once accepting the price will then give another offer price, and disrespect you. Don’t give these people your business. If thinking about going to this place think again WORST PAWN SHOP IN THE VALLEY!!! Don’t waste your time with RACHEL the manager or the employees they’re very unprofessional, rude, and needs to be trained on proper CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place is a joke and obviously run by drug addicts that’s get ticked off when you try to negotiate.
The ladies in the store are all superstars. I came from NY and was pleasantly surprised by the various items that were for sale. I visited twice in one week and spent a significant amount of money but it was definitely worth it. NOT ALL ITEMS SHOWN.
We’ve been going to them for over 3 yrs and they been awesome ! We can walk in there at the last the minute and they’ll take care of us as if it was the first customer of the day and they know is by name! Thank you ezpawn!
