OMG!!!! The service that Alan provides is wonderful. He is such a great worker. He explains the process of pawning so well. Also let me add that his sales skills are out of this world. I have purchased numerous items due to his skills. Thank you for all the hard work.
I am extremely pleased with the service and product i obtained here. I came here looking for a weed eater/string trimmer, they had a very good selection at different price points and good quality, unlike the ez pawn shop i visited days ago which had 6 at unreasonably high prices and some in poor condition. Raul assisted me during the entire process and he went above and beyond not only with his customer service but also ensuring I was getting the product I needed and understanding its use. He tested the product with me, taught me how to use it properly and even gave me great tips, Raul is the best! I enjoyed my entire experience and buying process here, thank you very much!
