they sold a watch a was paying off on layaway. said they could only give me store credit for their mistake. They explained that the worker who did the transaction doesn’t work there anymore. Still thoough, it was y’all’s mess up, just give me my money back
I was welcomed with a warm greeting from the get go. I had three pawn brokers ready to assist me with genuine smiles on their faces. Kassandra made sure I came in from the rain with a heart of service. Aracely was warm in actually caring about me as a customer. Franky was handling business. I’ve been to several stores and this one out does them all, especially when pawn shops have a bad name and attitude. This one sets a high bar for the rest. The store was very clean and smells amazing!
