Customer service by phone and attention in person was less than average, getting worse, very bad
I m not happy with my coins deposit! I believe i had almost 1100 worth of coins but when they gave me a credit it was only around 800 dollars on my account, they said the truck comes n will take the coins n will be credited in 3-4 days but it took a week n then credit amount was too low. I will never deposit coins out there as i could have deposited in coin machines which only charges 10 percent, i thought i will not be charged n will save money by depositing all those coins in a bank but really disappointed when the credit amount seemed very low!
