Call the place several times no one answers…… Then when I get there no one wants to really help saying system is not working but it seems like to me they’re just waiting until 1:00 gets here when they get off a simple answer of the phone call saying that the system was down would have saved so much time
I had BBVA as a local branch account and their service was terrible. I had opened a credit card with them and was using it frequently always paying on time. On 6/11 I had a fraudulent charge and immediately disputed it. They asked for more info I sent it. Today 8/26 I call and they tell me that the case closed and that because they never heard back from the merchant, I am stuck with the charge? I am disputing again. The reps are in Central America and it takes over 1 hr to get anyone on the phone. Once all this is done, I am done with this company.
If I could zero stars for the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Worst customer service ever. They should have never took over a bank to make things worst during difficult times. Tried to contact for days then finally get John the manager confirmation this is the worst bank I have ever worked with. I will be moving on 5yrs with BBVA less than 5 months with PNC I AM DONE.
Please do not go to this branch’s ATM. It is malfunctioning almost EVERY DAY. It always needs repairs and will take your money!!!!
This is by far my favorite bank to visit. The staff here is always pleasant and professional. They make me feel like a valued customer each and every time. My business banker Jay Sanchez no matter how busy always manages to ask me how is business going with a genuine smile. Thanks Guys
