Every time I call they are already very pleasant and helpful. I’ve gone in to change rolled coins to cash and they were extremely patient. Great service overall at this location.

I was greeted with a rude remark by one of their employees when I entered the building. Very tall African American male (looking from outside of the building his desk was directly left as you walk in) I didn’t have time for his response and continued my way to the line. He then follows me and guides me to stand closer to the teller. I am practicing social distancing and he got into my face two times. I did not expect that in a professional establishment. I will be headed there next time to get his name and file a complaint. He was rude, belittling and endangering.
Was just in the bank to get help from a banker. The 2 handicapped parking spaces are right in front of a high set of steps that anyone who is handicapped could never climb. At the end of the building is the beginning of a very long ramp. There are no handicap parking spaces there! When I finally got in the building, the banker came rushing up to me; not to ask if he could help me, but to ask if I had an appointment and tell me that walk-ins would never be helped. I was never notified by letter that an appointment was now necessary, so that was a completely wasted trip. Except I see in the reviews that they are not reliably answering the phone at this branch. So he told me it would be a couple of days to get an appointment, but when he finally returned with the appointment book, the first available appointment was 5 days away. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for probably more than 30 years and I would Never recommend this bank anymore.
