Despite the website says it opens at night, they open to the public just after 10
I would like to publicly thank this branch for assisting us during a time of grief. Our dear mother passed away 2 days prior and the staff at this branch showed great care and concern. They accommodated us without an appointment and got the process started of closing my mom’s account. Lurenzo Macklin, assistant VP, went above and beyond to guide us through the process. We are extremely impressed with the service at this location.
I’m very unhappy with the level of service and the unwillingness to provide me with the help I needed especially from the branch manager. He was quite frankly very unprofessional and not welcoming with the way he handled my issue. I was in a hurry and was forced to pay an unreasonable fee for a cashier’s check. This is the first time I was charged this fee despite going to this branch several times before and getting it for free. It’s very disappointing to know that I have to go to another bank to get it at a more cost efficient rate instead of my own primary bank.
Teller was great! However while I waited for my transaction to be completed I had to wait for a manager, I waited good 10-15 minutes. In the meantime line was formed behind me, so basically it was a stand still until manager came back. He finally showed up, with a smoothie in his hand. This was extremely disappointing that the entire bank couldn’t operate because manager decided to leave in the middle of Med Center rush hour. Also not sure why they couldn’t add another teller for that time. I also over heard people behind me that this happens here all the time.
Tellers are great- Abraham is not! I visited to make a cash deposit (done this many times) and Abraham was giving me the run around as to why I shouldn’t make a cash deposit due to security – and it made me feel very insecure.
