Inside Texas children’s hospital. Good customer service. Atm open 24/7 inside hospital
On the third floor at the bridge between two towers, it isn’t easy to find. And it’s annoying to be questioned every time I make a deposit of less than $20. Between the check and the deposit slip, they have all the information they need. If I deposited the same item by photo or by transfer from another bank they wouldn’t question me at all. I go to a branch because I want a paper receipt, and I don’t get that from any other procedure. Why I bank that way is my concern, not theirs.
Terrible customer service not just this bank but all the phone lines stink, credit card deportment is terrible. If you ever have a problem they will transfer your call 5+ times then hang up on you. Garbage, work with any other bank.
The best branch in the entire Houston area. Very professional, efficient and helpful
Very hard to get to this location,
It is inside the hospital on the 3rd floor,
and you need to find parking in the parking garage next building.
After 20 minutes I found the place,
And it cost me 4$ to park here
The service is very good.
