Great place to bank they offer a variety of services. Parking is not the best though. The parking garage can be packed and the parking spots are small.
I hate leaving bad reviews and I would hate to close my bank account it is so inconvenient so I will give them a second chance fyi think twice before banking here I had to call the police on Banker Arthur Martinez for inaccurate protocol for verification to access my nonprofit account after the police left SHAME was all over his face I pray he doesn’t treat others the same as he did me the other banker on the other hand had to step in & provide the appropriate customer service a person banking with their institution deserves now Truist bank at the south loop location have a record of police being reported to site for no damn reason Mr.Martinez i’m a business owner & advice to you Arthur leave your personal emotional matters at home DONT bring them to work with you!
I thought that I was in a scene of fresh Is Prince of Bel-Air when I went in there I saw Uncle phi saw Uncle Phil I saw wheel and I saw Uncle phil’s wife and they all worked in now I just kept looking for Hillary and Ashley Carlton they never showed up
in addition to providing all the required
documentation for opening a business account I
also had to provide verification of my personal
income outside of my business, projected 12
month income bc I’m a startup, and “show proof
that I even have business plan” before I could
open my account. Then, to further inconvenience
me, the banker lied and said there’s a “minimum”
balance requirement of $100.00 when there
isn’t. I’ve verified with every other BB&T branch
in Texas that there is no such policy.
Isaac Fizer is the meanest banker i have ever met.
This young man continuously made unwelcomed and distasteful
comments while glaring at me throughout my
whole visit. I couldn’t help but wonder if
maybe I had done something to upset him. He
made feel so uncomfortable that I just wanted to
leave. But I was also excited to be opening my
business account. So I just held my breath and
sucked it up until the appointment was over..
Hopefully I don’t have to cross paths with this
man again. I think bb&t is an awesome bank I just
had a horrible experience at this particular
branch.
Went inside to make a withdrawal in order to pay my tuition at San Jacinto College. After giving the teller my liscense and debit card she made me answer a variety of questions in order to verify that I was the actual account owner. After answering all of her questions she said that she needed an approval to give me my own money that I worked for. I’m a veteran that currently works overseas on U.S flagged merchant vessels. I shouldn’t have to wait over a half hour to withdraw money that I earned legally while serving this country. Stay away from this branch. The entire staff is very unprofessional. Ill be moving all of my money out of this bank as soon as possible. They are a disgrace.
