I banked with allegiance for over 8 years and one day my card stopped working while I was out of state. I called my branch in Bellaire TX and spoke with the rudest lady. She said my account has been over drafted 7 times in the 8 years that I’ve banked with them and I was kicked out of their bank. I flew all the way to Texas to figure out what was going on and she refused to talk to me. She personally withdrew all of my money and said I am not welcome at their bank. I was appalled!!!!! Because I absolutely loved this bank and the gym I’ve worked at for 14 years Houston gymnastics academy has used them for their payroll and to finance their new facility. I will NEVER recommend this bank to anyone!!!! They left me stranded with NO access to my money while I was in a different state. If I didn’t have family that loaned me money to fly back to Texas so I could access my money I don’t know how I would have gotten home. I am sickened by this woman’s behavior, everyone at that bank has been so kind and calls me by my first name when I would walk in and then all of a sudden this lady is hired and she is absolutely hateful and shows NO “allegiance” to long time clients. I will never recommend this bank to ANYONE after this experience. I almost want to contact the BBB because there is no place in my contract that said I could get kicked out for overdrafting and then SOMEONE ELSE withdraw my money!!!!!!!
I have two of my small business accounts with allegiance Bank.. They truly have gone beyond what any Bank does for their customers.. they are so efficient and timely and made all my business transactions a breeze, unlike other banks where you’re just a number… Judy and Ashton are outstanding.. I plan to tell all my friends and family about Allegiance Bank in Bellaire city.
