I had a horrible experience with customer service at this place. My family and I walked in to open a bank account, and after waiting for 30 minutes, a lady with a slicked-back bun (I didn’t catch her name) finally came to help us. She immediately told us she was about to go to lunch and could only assist one of us. We explained that two of us needed to set an appointment and the other had already opened an account and that she could help him first. but she ignored what we were saying and responded with an attitude, asking when our appointment was—after we had just told her the app instructed us to make one. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
Online 1 drive thru atm lane is operating. Every day, there is a long line for the 1 atm that stretches to the street. The bank has no urgency to get it fixed. Poor experience
Only 2 cashiers, 1 for drive thru and the other for inside. A black lady is just walking around not doing nothing. Sad this could never happen in a white community.
Terrible customer service not just this bank but all the phone lines stink, credit card deportment is terrible. If you ever have a problem they will transfer your call 5+ times then hang up on you. Garbage, work with any other bank.
This has to be the worst “bank” in the world !!!! The service inside and drive through are terrible. Two cashiers assisting customers and the line of waiting customers exceed 20 to25. Most of the time one of the two cashiers ,is in training and is asking the so-call manager for help. Never the same cashiers, constant turn over . The facility does not service the working people in this zip code, 9-to5 and closed Saturday. Not an indoor ATM or walk outside. Is this poor service because of the population of mlnorities who use your bank ???? Poor service is usually because of the
zip code you live in . Thank God I have another bank .
